This term, in Year 9 and 10 Hebrew, we have been working on a new special project!

Introducing… IVRITON, Emanuel School’s first Hebrew magazine!

In our first edition, Getting to Know Emanuel, you will find six interviews with members from across the school community, including Mr Watt, Mr Majsay, the Addams Family cast and crew and the 2022-203 Head Madrichim, Ruby Brody and Coby New. 

In addition, each of our writers wrote an article about different parts of school life, such as Music Camp, the SRC, Sport and the Cut for Cancer event we held last term. Also, at the end of the magazine, you’ll find a Hebrew crossword to solve!

We really enjoyed working as a team to put the magazine together, and we heard some interesting answers that we didn’t expect! We look forward to writing and publishing the next edition soon!

We’re not done yet. We are currently in the process of making our much-awaited second edition based on the best subject of all – food! This is where you can get involved in the creation of this edition. Use this link to submit your funniest food-related jokes, the winner of which will receive a free lunch from the canteen.
