Welcome to 2017 – another exciting year for our Emanuel community.

We hope you all had a fun and relaxing holiday over the summer break.

The number of alumni enrolling their children to Emanuel School is growing each year.  This week has been the start for 15 new students whose parents are former students at the School, bringing the total to date, to around 60 current students of alumni. Pictured opposite is Phoebe Narunsky with her brother Jasper and her father Bryan, who finished Year 12 here in 1990.  Phoebe who is in Year 6, has now joined six cousins here at School, as Bryan’s sister, Janice Christie (Narunsky), Class of 1989 and Head Madricha, has three of her children here as does their cousin Katie Narunsky (Levenson).

Ethan Czeiger who started Year K is the son of alumna Monika Silver (Class of 1998) and he arrived at School on his first day with his mum and his auntie, Cherie Silver (Class of 2000) who is here visiting from London.

 Calling all grandparents

We are seeking grandparents who might be interested in being part of a Grandparents committee.  This committee would initially meet twice a term to act as advisors to the Gesher committee in relation to connecting with grandparents within our community.
